Terms of Service
The short version: this is an early-access product. The free DNS checker is provided "as-is." Don't abuse the service. We're a small company doing our best to be useful.
The service
Numonic operates this website (numonic.com), a free public DNS checker at /tools/spf-dkim-dmarc, and an email observability product currently in early access. By using the site or any tools on it, you agree to these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically abuse the service.
- Use the DNS checker or any other tool in a way intended to harm, harass, or impersonate third parties.
- Attempt to disrupt the service, our infrastructure, or other users' use of it.
- Resell or rebrand the service as your own.
We may rate-limit, block, or remove access at any time if we believe a user is acting in bad faith.
Service availability
We work to keep the site running, but we don't guarantee uptime, availability, or specific results. The DNS checker is provided "as-is." The early-access product may have bugs, change rapidly, or be temporarily unavailable as we build it.
Intellectual property
The site, the Numonic brand, the logo, and the content on the site are the property of Numonic. You may not use our brand or content outside this site without our permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numonic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. In no event will our total liability to you exceed one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you've paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
